Examination fees are generally non-refundable after successful payment.
Membership fees are non-refundable after activation.
Duplicate payments due to technical issues will be verified and refunded if applicable.
If your bank account is debited but payment fails, refunds will be processed according to the payment gateway and bank policies.
Cancellation requests are accepted only before successful payment.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
